Process: micro-injuries are created within the skin. A healing response is triggered, creating collagen and elastin.

Also sometimes referred to as “Collagen induction therapy”, micro-needling is a skin rejuvenation treatment that produces controlled micro-injuries to kickstart the skin’s own wound healing powers.
The effects of micro-needling will occur for a few weeks, during which time your body will create fresh collagen and elastin. These substances are essential proteins for skin vitality. Once new collagen and elastin are present at the treatment sites, the skin will appear visibly refreshed and resurfaced.
